Welcome to Experts9.com (“Experts9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, “Services”). By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Our Services

Experts9 provides a platform to connect users (“you,” “user,” “customer”) with independent, third-party service professionals (“Technicians”) for various home maintenance and repair services. We act as a facilitator to help you book and pay for these services. We do not directly perform the services, and the Technicians are not our employees.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access most features of our Service, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Services.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Service Booking and Scheduling

When you book a service, you agree to provide complete and accurate information about the service you require, including the location and any specific details relevant to the job.

• Access: You must ensure that the Technician has safe and reasonable access to the property and the area where the service is to be performed.
• Safety: You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for the Technician. This includes securing pets and informing the Technician of any potential hazards.
• Scheduling: We will provide an estimated time for service, but we do not guarantee exact arrival times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms and No-Refund Policy

Payment: You agree to pay for all services you book through our platform at the prices listed at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of the service and will be processed through our designated third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the services, including any applicable taxes or fees.

No-Refund Policy: All payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable. When you book a service, you are paying for the Technician’s time, labor, and expertise. Once a service has been completed, we cannot recover these costs. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, please refer to Section 7 (Service Quality and Disputes).

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booked service through our platform. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: No cancellation fee will be applied.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time: A cancellation fee may be charged to compensate the Technician for their allocated time. The fee amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• Technician Cancellation: In the rare event a Technician must cancel, we will attempt to find a replacement or reschedule the service at your convenience, at no penalty to you.

7. Service Quality and Disputes

We strive to connect you with high-quality, professional Technicians. However, Experts9 does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or outcome of the services provided by the Technicians.

If you are unsatisfied with a service performed, you must notify us at support@experts9.com within 24 hours of the service completion. Please provide details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue. While we do not provide refunds, we will investigate the matter and, at our sole discretion, may arrange for a follow-up visit from the same or a different Technician to rectify the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Experts9, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party, including Technicians, on the Services.
• Any damage to property or personal injury arising from the services performed by Technicians.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Experts9 and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, will be settled by binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
